Consigning
The consignment forms serve as your contract. Our specialists will recommend you a catalogue estimate range and discuss with you the reserve value recommended for the property.

Property transport
Property transport may also apply. These will be arranged with our specialists, depending on the property.
Payment
The seller will receive a sale result form indicating the hammer price, minus the seller's commission and any applicable additional charges. Payment to the seller will be made thirty-five (35) working days after the auction date.
